Welcome to VYRO. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online store and the purchase of products from us.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

1. About VYRO

VYRO is an online store offering automotive-inspired accessories, home and garage decor, desk accessories, and lifestyle products.

Our goal is to bring customers carefully selected products that combine style, functionality, and personality.

2. Products & Availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, and pricing.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, including a refund where appropriate.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be clearly communicated before checkout.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders & Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received.

An order becomes binding when accepted by VYRO, subject to applicable consumer law.

We may contact you if additional information is needed to process your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

VYRO offers free standard shipping to supported European Union destinations, as indicated during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided where available and may vary depending on the destination, postal service, and other circumstances.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days.

If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange a solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.

VYRO remains responsible for the goods until delivery to you or a person designated by you, except where the law provides otherwise.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, notify us at vyrosupport1@gmail.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, unless we agree otherwise.

Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, provided they were properly informed of those costs before purchase, unless VYRO agrees to cover them or applicable law requires otherwise.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Certain statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply.

7. Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund payments received from you, including any applicable standard delivery charges, within 14 days after being informed of your decision.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

No refund fee will be charged.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact vyrosupport1@gmail.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue.

Photographs can help us investigate the problem, but they are not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, consumers have rights under applicable law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract and a refund when the relevant legal conditions are met.

For consumer goods, legal conformity protection generally applies for at least two years from delivery.

VYRO will cover the necessary costs of legally required remedies for non-conforming goods.

9. Product Use & Safety

Customers should follow any instructions, warnings, and safety information supplied with products.

Products should be used only for their intended purposes.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for defective or unsafe products where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

The VYRO name, branding, original website content, graphics, and other materials owned by VYRO are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce or commercially use our original content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Website Availability

We aim to keep our online store accessible and functioning correctly.

However, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may update website content, product listings, and features without prior notice, provided existing contractual obligations and consumer rights are respected.

12. Privacy & Personal Data

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

13. Limitation of Liability

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Slovenian law, without depriving consumers in other countries of mandatory protections applicable to them.
