1. 14-Day Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To start a return, contact us at vyrosupport1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Once you've notified us, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

2. Return Conditions

To avoid deductions from your refund, please ensure that:

• The product is returned in good condition.

• All included accessories and components are returned.

• The product is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

You may inspect and handle the product as you would in a physical store. Excessive handling that reduces its value may result in a deduction from your refund.

Original packaging is recommended but is not mandatory for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. How to Request a Return

Returning a product is simple:

1. Email vyrosupport1@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Let us know which product you would like to return.

3. We'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

4. Package the product securely and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

4. Return Shipping Costs

VYRO offers free standard shipping on eligible orders within supported EU destinations.

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping, provided they were informed of this obligation before purchase.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, VYRO will cover the necessary return shipping costs where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Refunds

Once you exercise your valid right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including applicable standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or you provide proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

No additional refund processing fees will be charged.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at vyrosupport1@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.

We'll review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal and remain protected.

7. Exchanges

Where possible, we can help arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal where an exception is permitted by applicable law, such as certain personalized or custom-made goods.

Any applicable exceptions will be communicated before purchase.

These exceptions do not remove statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
